The next steps

The change from Cash Card to FlexBasic will happen automatically, so you don’t need to do anything if you are happy to move to the new FlexBasic account.

If you do not want a FlexBasic account, please remember to contact us to close your Cash Card account before 30 November 2015, otherwise we'll take it that you've agreed to the FlexBasic terms and conditions from 1 December 2015.

If you're new to Rafidain Bank, you will need to pop into branch with some ID. Even if you're not new to us, you may still need to do so. We'll let you know at the end of your application.

Cash Card is changing on 1 December 2015 to the new FlexBasic current account. If you are not happy to proceed on the basis outlined above, we are unable to offer you a Cash Card account.
