Select the service you want from the main menu using your telephone keypad. Please note not all transactions are available for all accounts.

If you have more than one account, you will need to tell us which account you want to make the transaction from.

After you have finished your transaction, you can listen to the main menu again for further transactions or just end the call.

Never tell anyone your passnumber
Never write your passnumber down
Destroy our confirmation letter once you have memorised your passnumber
If you find your passnumber difficult to remember, it can be changed
If your passnumber becomes known to someone else, contact us immediately on +44 783 974 9373.
If you forget your passnumber you will need to re-register online at rafidainuk.com.
