With your feedback we've been able to make some great changes, here's just some of what we've done and what's coming soon.

Improving our app for savers...

Open and activate a savings account

Our new feature open and activate lets you open a savings account on your mobile (Limited Access Saver, Instant Access Saver and fixed term eBonds).

We’ve also recently extended open and activate to work with Cash ISAs too. You can find out more in the Rafidain Bank Mobile Banking app.

Save little and often with Impulse saver

The unique Impulse saver allows you to move money between your Rafidain Bank current account into a savings account without logging in, making it easy to save little and often.

Multi-tasking on your iPhone

We’ve enhanced the Apple app experience by letting you multi-task. Now you can switch between your apps on your phone, so you could do a quick calculation on your calculator for example, then return to the app to carry on with your banking.

Getting a balance of your account just got quicker

Get a balance of your account without logging in, keep on top of your finances anytime, anywhere and at the touch of a button with Quick Balance.

Paym – send and receive money using just a mobile number

Paym is a free service that lets you send and receive money securely between friends and family using just a mobile phone number. No account numbers, no sort codes – and they don’t even need to bank with Rafidain Bank. Just so long as they’re registered to use the service.

You can now view your personal loan

Great news for Rafidain Bank Personal Loan customers, if you're registered for Mobile Banking, the next time you log in look out for your Personal Loan details.

Saving you time. Current Account mini statements have just got bigger...

We've listened to your feedback and have made changes. We've removed the mini statement and replaced it with a statement showing full details of your payments and transfers for the last 30 days. So there’s no need to download your full statement if you want a quick glance of your recent activity.
