Yes, we aim to support all the latest operating systems.

If you're waiting for an updated version of an operating system, we'll get it to you as soon as we can. We carry out tests before we release them to make sure your service is not affected – which can sometimes cause delays in getting it to you.

You can make the following payments and transfers using the Move Money function on your mobile banking app:

• Money transfers between your own Rafidain Bank accounts (limits vary depending on destination account for more information on limits click here
• Payments to your Rafidain Bank Credit Card bill (up to £10,000)
• Payments to your mortgage (up to £10,000)
• Payments to an existing payee from your Rafidain Bank current account (up to £10,000). Find out how to set up a payee on the Internet Bank
• Paym – you can now pay someone using their mobile phone number (up to £250). Find out more about Paym

The app is primarily for use on a mobile device however it will work on some tablet devices.

Current accounts and savings accounts
You can view the last month's statement information for your current accounts and savings account, excluding my save.

Credit cards
You can view your last statement and any transactions you've made since your last statement was issued. If you need to access older statement information, you can do this using the Internet Bank.

How we keep you safe
We take your security very seriously and have a number of security measures in place so that you can feel confident using Mobile Banking. Don't forget that our Digital Banking Promise also applies to mobile Banking.

Ways you can protect yourself
Please keep your Internet and Mobile Banking log in details safe and secure, and contact us immediately if you believe someone else knows these details.

You can change your Internet and Mobile Banking passnumber online:

Log in to the Internet Bank and:

1. Find My passnumber / memorable data
2. Select the Change link
3. Update your details

Yes you can, but remember that Mobile Banking requires an internet connection to access your accounts. Data roaming charges can be very expensive, so please be extremely careful and check your data provider before using Mobile Banking abroad.

Find out how you can reset your passnumber with your card reader. If you don't have a card reader you will need to re-register for Internet Banking.

We understand there is a need for Windows users to have the same functionality offered in our Banking app that both IOS and Android users get.

We're monitoring the amount of Windows users on a regular basis and investing time to develop and improve our digital assets, making sure all our customers continue to receive a great service.

We hope to release an app for windows users in the future and understand your continued interest for an app. In the meantime, you can access the Internet Bank using an internet browser on your mobile.

You can report a missing account through the Internet Bank. Log in and follow the instructions.

To check if your payment has been sent you can view:

1. Your statement, which shows the last months transactions.
2. The faster payments status page on the Internet Bank and check any external payments made within the last 24 hours.

It's always worth checking you're using the most up to date operating system, and the latest Rafidain Bank app.

If you're using an Android device, you can check your operating system within settings and the app within google play updates.

If you have trouble updating your operating system, you can continue to use the Mobile Banking App but unfortunately we won't be able to offer you any new functionality for older operating systems.
