To create your Rafidain Bank Digital Wallet just go to the V.Me by Visa website and register. You’ll need to enter a few details; email address, phone number and choose a password, and then choose the cards you want to add to your Digital Wallet. You can always add additional cards later on.

We ask you to enter your email address every time you log in to your wallet as it is a unique identifier. Once you have created your wallet, we will send you a confirmation message to your chosen email address, so please enter one that is easy for you to access.

As a security measure, we’ll send you a text message whenever there has been a change to your wallet details or if you have forgotten your password, we’ll text you a temporary one.

We’ll use your contact details to securely process your V.me by Visa payments and to help you manage your digital wallet. We may also send you details about relevant products or offers but only if you have chosen to receive them. We’ll also never ask for your personal details, log-in or card details over email. So, if you receive an email asking for these; do not reply or respond to it.

I have a V.me by Visa wallet from outside of Europe. Will my log-in details work? No, not at this time. You will need to set up a new wallet with cards that are registered to a billing address in Europe.

You can have up to 10 cards in your Digital Wallet.

When you see the Checkout with V.me by Visa sign (usually in the shopping basket) select this button, then you just need to log-in, confirm your payment card choice and click ‘pay’ to complete your purchase.

The first time you add a card to your wallet, we’ll ask you to provide some extra information to authenticate it. This is an extra layer of security that verifies you are the rightful owner.

Yes – just click on the link under your order amount and you can see the details there. If you’d like to change your order, you’ll need to close the window and return to the website you’re buying from. After updating your order, simply select the V.me by Visa option again and log back in to your Rafidain Bank Digital Wallet.
