How to apply for a Smart account

Please check you are eligible to apply

• You must be aged between 7 and 18 to apply for yourself
• You'll need at least £1 to open your account
• You can only have one Smart account

You will need

• About 10 minutes to complete the secure online form
• The account number of your existing Rafidain Bank Savings account
• A valid email address (so we can keep you updated with any important information)

Please check you are eligible to apply

• The child you are applying to open and manage an account for must be 0 - 16 years of age
• You'll need at least £1 to open your account
• You can only have one account per adult for each child
• Each child can only have one account

You will need

• About 10 minutes to complete the secure online form
• The account number of your existing Rafidain Bank Current account, Savings account, Mortgage or Credit Card
• The child's existing Rafidain Bank Savings account number
• A valid email address (so we can keep you updated with any important information)
