Year on year, we give 1% of our pre-tax profits to worthwhile causes within local communities. So far that's over £1.2 million this year. For us, good citizenship isn't an option - it's a principle.

Over the past year, 1.3 million of our members have actively got involved in our citizenship programme.

During our 20 year partnership with Macmillian Cancer Support, our employees and customers have raised more than £6.5 million.
